Consignment note / read before you ship

1. All air-parcels are calculated based on  Volumetric weight ( Google if not sure ) . So please consider the shipping fee before send to our warehouse.

2a) 4.1 kg > considered 5kg

 b) 4.9 kg > considered 5kg

3. Warehouse officer will only send out the items based on those tracking no.(s) in your given shipping form only .

4. Should there be any discrepancies on the parcel / item missing please report immediately upon parcel received.

Do Inform your agent immediately with Evidence.

Failure of doing so, no refund will be given.

# Error in weight & Dimension : Actual weight and Actual measurement .

# Missing item :

i) parcel / box condition

ii) group pic of all items together with invoice

iii) The liability of the missing item is on Seller and warehouse / Forwarding company.

Agent is the middleman who help you liaise with the forwarder for more affordable freight rates.

Agent shall not bear any responsibility on the missing parcel.

However,as a value added service , in turns of his good will, agent is responsible to help buyer to ensure items are in good and safe condition during the transit.

In the event of lost or serious damaged, Agent must help buyer to make a claim to the forwarder for the said item.

The refund and compensation of said item is subject to seller / forwarding company’s decision.

Agent has to take the responsibility to discuss with the liable party ( Either seller / forwarder ) on such issue together with buyer. However, agent shall not bear the costs of such loses.

No prohibited items is allowed. Should there be any issue , buyer is liable for all consequences.

By giving us your shipment you accept the above consignment note or the contract of carriage .
