Qn: Can i modify my orders ?
It depends on the status of your orders. Before your orders are processed, you can still change the order.
Once payment is made, there’s no refund for the order. You can use the balance credit to offset your next purchased.
Qn: Can i add in new orders ?
Yes, you can add in new orders anytime. However in order to ship all orders together in one parcel, please ask me to HOLD your shipment & update the revised one if you have already sent me the Shipping Form.
Qn: Can i buy from other website other than Taobao ?
Yes, currently we can buy from all websites from China which supported a secured payment system like PayPal or Alipay. You can find some recommended websites on my blogs or you can send the particular website to us via enquiry below if you are not sure.
Qn: Can you help me to buy in bulk , negotiate with the seller?
Yes, I can try my best to help you on this .But most of the Taobao seller do not offer a discount.

Qn: Is there a minimum purchase ?
No, no minimum purchase required. You can order any amount of items or price. However, is more cost-saving if you order a few items then ship out together, as I/we charged the international shipping fee on per Kilogram basis.It means the shipping fee is the same for one piece of 100g item or ten pieces of 100g items.
Qn: Food / Liquid / Cosmetics / Medicine ?
We can ship small amount of air-tight food (no Fresh) or liquid via special air shipment.We can’t ship any form of medicine. Please check out other prohibited or controlled items before making special purchase.
Qn: Do i need to pay GST ?
Normally we will absorb the GST incurred for your goods, but if the unit price for a particular item is more than S$400, you are required to pay the corresponding 7% GST of that particular order by yourself.
