Qn: Are you responsible for defected , poor quality , non-authentic items ? 

No. I don’t possess the relavant knowledge to test or differentiate these aspects of a product, so I’ll not be responsible. if you think the product’s quality, authenticity, functionality is not as described by the seller. Normally I’ll suggest you to buy from reputable shops. However, please still bear in mind that there could be small risks doing overseas online shopping.


Qn: Can i exchange / ask for a refund for my items ? 

Exchange wise. Yes, you can, but it’s subject to the seller’s approval. You can feedback the request to me, I will help you negotiate with the seller. Do note that You may need to bear all the shipping cost incur during the exchange. Cancellation wise, It really depends, not all sellers will offer to refund. Typical solutions provided by sellers are partial refund or return the product for full refund, repairing, one to one exchange etc. We can help you negotiate with the sellers for possible solutions after receiving your feedback on the issue with supporting pictures and descriptions. Do note : You need to bear the shipping cost incur duiring the process. However, some of the sellers may reject any form of compensation if they deny the responsiblity of the product issues.
