ANS : The E/R changes from time to time. Current effective exchange rate
1 SGD = 4.80 CNY
Example : You bought a bag from 淘宝 at RMB ￥ 100
100 / 4.80 = _____ SGD
Qn: Service Fee ?
Sum of ( product cost+Domestic shipping cost ) x service fee
Example :
Item A – RMB ￥ 90 + China Domestic Charge RMB ￥10 = Total : 100 RMB
5% Agent service fee – 5% x 100RMB = 5RMB
Qn: How do i know the total cost for my purchase ? Inclusive of everything ?
ANS :There’s 2 time payment for using 代购 service
1st Payment (product cost+service fee , if any) can be viewed when checking out orders.
2nd payment (international shipping fee ) cannot be confirmed before placing order,
because the international shipping fee depends on the actual weight/volumetric weight of your items, which we don’t know until the orders are received.
However, if you can estimate the weight/volumetric weight, you can do an estimation by your own with our rates .
